Chad, David and John return for this week’s UTR Podcast. This week’s feature is the Ohio Valley Conference – we highlighted Belmont’s impressive win at Western Kentucky earlier in the week, we looked at Murray State coming up a little short at home against Auburn, and we also pointed out Jacksonville State getting off to a decent start themselves following their first ever appearance in the Division I NCAA Tournament last season.
We also looked at the other 21 conferences that fly under the radar and looked at the week that was. It was a very good week if you were Princeton or Idaho, but a little more painful if you are a fan of Towson or Loyola-Chicago, for example. (NOTE: This was filmed before Wofford won 79-75 at North Carolina – this was the Terriers’ first win against an AP Top 25 team, much less a Top 5 team where UNC was ranked at the time of the game.)
