We begin with about a ten minute Hoops HD Report to cover all of the action from Saturday including North Carolina’s second win over Duke, Texas Tech’s big win over Texas, Alabama’s bad loss, Auburn’s big win over Tennessee, and Washington’s crash landing at the end of the season.
We then move on to the conference tournaments and look at Murray State’s big win over Belmont in an exciting Ohio Valley Championship Game, and we discuss why we think Belmont should be in and what their chances are (DO NOT DEFY US SELECTION COMMITTEE!!). We also look at two crazy upsets with South Dakota State falling to Western Illinois in the Summit League, and Stony Brook going down to Binghamton in the America East. We also look at the semifinals in the NEC, opening round in the CAA, and quarterfinals in the MAAC.

OTHER GAMES OF NOTE
-HOUSTON AT CINCINNATI (American). Both teams are in the NCAA Tournament. Houston is a probable protected seed and Cincinnati will most likely land in the top half of the bracket. They’re both just playing for seeding at this point, but it’s big in the sense that both have had limited opportunities at wins like this, and this would be one of the bigger wins of the season for whichever team pulls it off.
-RUTGERS AT INDIANA (Big Ten). Indiana is squarely on the bubble and needs to hold serve today.
-IOWA AT NEBRASKA (Big Ten). Iowa is in a tailspin and a road win like this would really help them get the ship turned around.
-WISCONSIN AT OHIO STATE (Big Ten). Wisconsin is just playing for seeding at this point, and still has a path to being a protected seed if they can finish strong. Ohio State has really looked back in their last couple of games, and needs a win like this to stabilize their resume.
