Below is the list, in chronological order by start date, of the In-Season Bracketed Events for the 2025-26 college basketball season. This list only includes events that are bracketed. It does not include the multitude of round robin exempt events that are scheduled for this season. In addition, only the bracketed games are listed, even though some events may include additional non-bracketed games. The list will be updated regularly as more information becomes available.
The rules for an exempt tournament/event are very straightforward. All teams must be from different conferences, teams are allowed to play no more than three games, and all games must be played within 14 days (unless a waiver is granted). There are some exempt events that are not bracketed. It’s just a group of teams from different conferences that all decide to play each other within 14 days and call it an exempt tournament so they can get a few extra games. Teams that play in exempt events can play in up to 31 total regular season games plus their conference tournament. Only bracketed events are listed on this page.
