From top to bottom, these four leagues aren’t as good as the Power Five and Big East Conferences in the sense that they typically don’t have more than half the teams in position to make the NCAA tournament. But, they do routinely send multiple teams to the NCAA Tournament, have teams ranked in the Top 25, and have teams contending for and earning protected seeds.
