Note: the seedlists were prior to 7pm, est on Thursday, February 4th. No games that went final after that were considered when building the bracket. This is also not an attempt to guess the actual selection committee, but rather what the panel personally feels the field should be if the season ended today.
The five panel members all submitted seedlists ranking teams 1 thru 55, and Chad cross country ranked all of the results to build the overall seedlist. It is revealed on the air line by line with the rest of the panel seeing the results as the teams are placed in the bracket in a Selection Sunday-ish format, and they debate, discuss, and assess the teams as they go. See whether Baylor or Gonzaga is the overall #1 seed, who the other #1 seeds are, which teams are protected seeds, and which bubble teams end up being in or out.
