Tonight’s feature conference is the Big Sky, and the big teams in it are Portland State who has greatly exceeded their preseason expectations, and Weber State who appears to be hitting their stride once again.
From there, we run through the other 21 UTR teams and discuss how Colgate, McNeese, and Grand Canyon may be good enough to run the table in their conferences. Both Drake and Indiana State are looking really good out of the Missouri Valley, and Evansville has also looked a lot better than expected. The MAC has been somewhat disappointing, and we discuss if teams like Akron and Kent State could finally start to hit their stride. Princeton still looks like the best team out of the Ivy, but teams like Yale, Harvard, Cornell, and Penn also look like they’re really competitive. We discuss all that, and more! And, as we do every week, we close with this week’s UTR Top Ten.
And for all you radio lovers, below is an audio only version of the show…
