I asked Michigan State SG Jase Richardson how close he is to Auburn PG Tahaad Pettiford (since they both played at the 2024 Jordan Brand Classic) and who his brother Jaxon will be cheering for this weekend (since he is a 5-star recruit in the Class of 2026 who got a scholarship offer from Michigan). He said that he knows Tahaad very well because they have played against each other since middle school. As for his brother, he hopes that his brother cheers for the Spartans…but Jaxon can do whatever he wants and he cannot stop him:
