Chad is joined by David, Jon Teitell, and Rocco Miller, and the four of them look at some of the recent rules changes that will go into effect this upcoming season, and whether or not it will be good or bad for the game. The most notable changes are the continuation rule on a foul and the restrictions on video replay throughout the game.
