The seed list and bracket reflects games that were completed prior to Thursday, January 24th, at 10pm, est. It is also a CHECKPOINT of where the PANEL feels the teams CURRENTLY STAND. It is not an attempt to predict what they think the actual selection committee will do in March
The panel hammers out this week’s seed list. They go through it line by line and discuss, debate, and argue each team as they rank them 1 through 68. There are up to six teams that have legitimate claims for #1 seeds, so the differences of opinion start right away as they offer an analysis of where they feel each team currently stands.
