Belmont (4-1) at Lipscomb (2-4) – 8:00 PM EST (ESPN+)
After an unscheduled off day yesterday, the UTR Game of the Day resumes with the Battle of the Boulevard in Nashville between longtime rivals Belmont and Lipscomb. Lipscomb leads the overall series 75-71, although the Bruins have enjoyed a 24-11 advantage since both teams joined NCAA Division I. Belmont bounced back from a surprising home loss to Samford with a win against Tennessee State in which Luke Smith had 23 points and Nich Muszynski had 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Lipscomb snapped a 4-game losing streak with an 80-74 overtime win against SE Missouri State; Chris Harris led the Bisons with 21 points. The Bisons end up splitting a two-game series with the Redhawks; they also had losses on the road against Cincinnati, Arkansas and Tulane.
