The seedlist reflects all games that were completed before 10pm est on Thursday, February 10th. None of the games that went final after that were considered.
The panel builds a seedlist line by line, and assess, discusses, and debates each team as they get brought up. Find out who the #1 seeds are, who the other protected seeds are, who is safely inside the bubble, who just made the field, who is on the bubble, and who is on the outside looking in.
