Chad is joined by a full panel of experts (and David Griggs) and they discuss what has been a very busy offseason so far. The NCAA Tournament field has expanded to 76 teams (much to our dismay). We also have two new conferences with the UAC and the return of the Pac 12, the Protect College Sports Act is working its way through congress and could go into law during this athletic year, there is a new five-year eligibility rule, and several schools are still uncertain as to what their final rosters will look like given all of the litigation that is going on.
