It is the first Sunday of the season!! That means it is time for our first Bracketology of the season!!
This is simply a CHECKPOINT of CURRENT MERIT. It is not a ranking of how good I think the teams actually are, nor is it an attempt to guess what the actual committee will do come March. I have only considered the games that have been played so far this season. And, I’ve spent HOURS pouring over all the TEAM SHEETS to come up with the selections and seedings you see below!!
OTHERS CONSIDERED: Villanova
.
COMMENTS FROM DAVID:
-Villanova has played an impressive schedule. They’ve played the current #1 team on a neutral floor and almost won the game, but in looking at their overall body of work, I just don’t think they’ve done enough to be selected at this time.
STAFF COMMENTS (Coming Soon)
From Chad:
I think Nova belongs in a Play-In Opening Round (Dirty Dozen) Game after their solid, if losing, performance. Other that that, this is a decent bracket from a puppet with no college basketball expertise.
